After departing from his previous position with NAI Farbman as member of the General Management team for NYC based client, Northern Group, Inc., owners of the Penobscot, First National & Cadillac Tower buildings in downtown Detroit, Eric "Dusty" Duistermars continues his commitment to the city and its effort to increase Downtown/Central Business District occupancy through his role as Senior Transactions Advisor for UGL Equis Corporation and through the foundation of Detroit Office, Inc. a non-profit corporation which promotes Detroit's CBD as a premier office location.

Consistent with the UGL Equis tenant focused platform, Detroit Office, Inc. is helping both new and esteemed corporations leverage existing market conditions to better their lease rate, terms and/or property acquisition objectives.

Dusty has also been a regular contributor to local media outlets such as Crain's Detroit Business (winner of 20 in their 20's, 2008), Detroit Free Press, DBusiness Magazine, Oakland Business Review, Toledo Blade, Windsor Star, and Fox TV News, Detroit.
